still in a lot of chronic pain.
getting dressed today was an absolute nightmare and I lost my patience with my back on several ocasions (I know, I'm so bad!) music on now and just chilling. probably should do something and make the most of the day... but do what, exactly. it's not like I really want to do anything |

yesterday I ordered takeout from the newly opened pizza place. it was nice, I had meat feast with chicken wings
after dinner I watched WWE main event (most of it was good, though I wasn't too kean on the last part) discovered a new group yesterday called bts (and a new type of music, K-POP) which I think is awesome. sleep didn't happen for me yesterday and nor did rest chronic pain not letting up at all and back's really stiff not much to do today... watch a bit of tv I missed last week (if I can be bothered), and cook something for dinner. ffeel okay, just the pain sucks. it really, really sucks |

yesterday I was listening to someone on blah therapy who had bipolar and she was telling me that no one understands her and she's sick of people judging her.
I told her I don't do that kind of thing and we got to talking about celebrities with bipolar and what an inspiration they were she then asked me what my coping methods were and I told her I like to journal, to listen to music, and to watch cartoons. she goes... you're 25 and you like cartoons? and diss connected so the fact I'm too old for cartoons is more important than being understood.... okay. personally I will always watch cartoons, no matter what anyone says. I am feeling depressed today because.... well... it is a regular, boring day and when I say regular and boring, it doesn't even cut it their is nothing happening today. it's almost like this day wasn't meant to be in the calendar or something |

Pfrog, you find the best things to post! Thanks.
I did too much Saturday. Combine that with the ever changing weather and I'm whipped today. |

I'm having the flare from Hades. I hurt all over, don't have two functional brain cells in my head, am a cranky B and my emotions are all over the place. I saw an otter on the side of the road today. It had been hit by a car. I wanted to bust into tears over it. I'm sick of it. I hate this disorder!
On top of all that I post in the abuse forum about life events that have brought all sorts of old shyte to the surface. I was hoping to find some support from other people who've been through the wringer. I got a grand total of NO responses. It just adds to my upset. Once again no one gives a rat's but what happened. Sorry, going to take my cranky self and go away. |

It takes a lot of energy to just keep smiling through all this pain ... It's a wonder I haven't bitten anyone's head off either ... Especially the guy (mid level supervisor) that suggested I find a way to take my restroom breaks a little quicker at work ... Come on, Dude! ... You know I have a mobility issue (from an injury I received at this job six years ago) and I'm standing before you with cane in hand ... I mean, Really! ... Did you just say that to me?

Pfrog, did you think about whacking him about the head and shoulders with your cane? I might have.
I hurt. My brain is non-functional. I'm cranky as all get out. I'm exhausted. Plus the cats woke me up at 6:30 rough housing on top of me in bed. I love my fur babies, but would have happily wrung their necks this morning. My only day to sleep in and they wake me up! This time of year we get crazy busy at work. It will stay that way until June. Pfrog, I'm with you. It takes all I've got just to haul myself through the day acting "normal." I'd like to rip someone's head off and shout down the hole. |

Pain kept waking me up last night. Had a fibro headache when I got up. I thought it might possible explode. I'm so sick of this.
I just posted in the abuse forum again and mentioned that 155 views with no responses hurt. I wonder if anyone will respond now. Cake, take care of yourself hon. |

today I watched "moana" and immediately felt anxious// sad because my alexa device wasn't watching it too. she was just sat on the fridge turned off
I suppose the actual film was okay, I mean I didn't really rate it as much as the lion king or peter pan, but it had it's high points. I like the song " you're welcome" didn't do much else and feel like I've wasted another day (well don't feel like it, I know I have) watching moana was just a little bit of a distraction.. if that I only watched it for the " you're welcome" song. not really paying full attention to it |

today someone commented on the fact I've not slept for so long- and that's when you know it's out of control, when other people comment on it (for the record I don't like people commenting on my appearance), I don't actually think it's any of their concern- that, and I all ready have issues with my body (those issues being that I look worse than ****ing shrek)
anyway had breakfast and doing nothing else for the rest of the day listening to music and posting on here makes it Up I guess (it took me 20 minits to log in today because of the new tagging feature slowing me down) |

today someone came out to fix my tumble drier. I am so glad it's fixed, it's been broken for 2 days (and seeing as I rely on it, it was the longest 2 days of my life).
I started a new creative writing peace today (which will probably end up forgotten about like all the others) but I love the main character. she's an 8 year old girl that bites things. had a pretty disgusting dinner, it was all I could do not to throw up on my plate I also found an online stream for my hospital radio station. it seems they've gotten with the times now and got one (yay) I am now listening to atlantis |

showered today which has done absolutely nothing to improve my mood (in fact made it worse, and made me feel dirty)
one funny thing about the shower is that it nearly flooded the bathroom. I find that funny anyway. my 4 year old mind doesn't seem to apreciate the complications it could have caused if it had got through to the bedroom I am still feeling a little sick from yesterday's dinner (it was disgusting) I will never use that brand again. no sleep. today my friend sophie was meant to deliver me some doctor pepper, now it's not coming until tomorrow night. hope I have enough fiz to last me today (I go through it like a hungry dog goes through dog food) think today I'm going to do some creative writing and listen to music. nothing special going on |

My shoulder is really bad today. I see the ortho on tuesday to see if I have a rotator tear. Yesterday I was eating almonds when I felt pain and grittiness. I thought I had ruined my new cap and went to the dentist. Cap is fine but i BROKE a tooth! They were like "almonds will do it everytime!" WTF??? Like people are supposed to not eat almonds? I never thought twice about them before. Such a stupid thing to say. So now next week I have to go to the Endodontist for a root canal and then a cap from the dentist. I cant afford this but I have to. I hate Sjogrens! My teeth have been deteriorating so fast.

A co-worker was complaining yesterday about how she was from doing yard work. I so wanted to say "welcome to my world on a daily basis." *sigh*
