I was wondering if anyone on here has had any experiences with wearing a bracelet on your arm that helps move your joints easier.

someone I know has one (she wears it on her arm all the time), and it apparently helps

still, I don't understand how a bracelet can help.. and I don't want to waste money on it for nothing

so any experiences?

Some people apparently believe wearing copper bracelets helps with arthritis in the joints. (There's information on it on the livestrong.com website.) Apparently the practice goes back as far as ancient Egypt. Scientific evidence for this is lacking though, as I understand it. As it happens I own a copper chain bracelet. But I don't wear it. I don't have arthritis either. So I can't offer any personal experience either way.
Thanks for this!

copper bracelets are relatively cheap, i hear... my cousin swears by hers.
the theory is that they affect the electrical field of the body, which makes some kind of sense, since copper is one of the most conductive of metals...
wish you well, if you decide to try it.

wearing bracelets to help move joints?

(might as well get a good looking one, while you're at it~! )
