Hey all,

I'm just wondering if you've gotten massages did you find that regular massages were effective for easing muscle tension? I have chronic muscle armoring from Cptsd in my neck and shoulders. It's been an issue since I was at least eleven.

I do a workout that helps ease the tension (just rolling my shoulders and stretches don't help). But I'm thinking of getting regular massages too. I think I can afford one per month. Thanks
