Pillow are good but sitting too much for a long period is just

I have back pain as well. Sitting for long periods or laying in one position for too long will aggravate it. I find doing stretching exercises helps. Have you tried any of those? Simple things .. toe touches (don't go past what you can do with your knees straight but push it as far as you can with your knees straight) .. reach for the sky stretching up as high as you can with head facing upward... "toe ups" - hands on hips and go up on tip toes as much as you can without losing balance ... there are others but i cannot easily describe them
