does anyone have any
I have a shower chair which is a godsend. I wish it was adjustable, but it isn't. still helps me a lot though and I'm looking in to getting some railings in the bathroom, just to steady myself a little more (while I am getting dressed) |

I have a shower chair as well. I agree..it’s like a blessing from my ancestors. I do have grab bars stalled in my restroom.

You’re welcome 😉. I did a lot of research on them. I submitted a “ADA Reasonable Health Accommodation” to my current complex. They had a company installed my grab bars. My prior complex....a prior tenant had grab bars installed. The grab bars have definitely came in handy for me. I’m in the hospital often. I was discharged last Halloween (prior to having the grab bars). In the middle of the night I went to the restroom. I ended up falling in the restroom. I was heavily medicated and because I had to use my epipen. Plus had side effects from using the epipen. Now I keep my cane near my bed 🛌 it helps steady myself. I’ve been trying to find a touch lamp. I have a lamp on my nightstand however I can’t reach the turn switch. I started sleeping with a flashlight 🔦 to find the switch on my lamp. Lol 😂 __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1).
