How People With Chronic Pain Feel About The '''No Painkillers''' Approach
I have a hard enough time WITH my painkillers. People without pain should shut up about doing away with them, as far as I am concerned. |

Yes, let those with pain make the decisions.

I clicked on the link but could not find the article. (Perhaps I just missed it.) Anyway, I certainly agree with your perspective. I recall reading a quip once that went: "Nothing is impossible for the person who doesn't have to do it." Of course, the thing is... people who are pushing this sort of lunacy will be in pain themselves sooner or later. I bet they'll sing a different tune then...

I like comment one woman made, let painkillers be part of the solution.
I have a suggestion for people who say folks with chronic pain don't need pain killers. I say let's break their leg then tell them no cast, no painkillers. Tell 'em to get counseling, acupuncture and the pain will be better. |

I forget the percentage but let’s just say many overdoses occur with people who have combined painkillers with benzos, alcohol and fentyl. In fact they just had a bust in NJ for millions of “oxycodone” that lead to OD’s and they were cut with fentnyl because it’s cheap. You can buy the ingredients from China and make it in your garage. Also many overdoses with things like Percocet or Vicodin are because of the Tylenol. You take too much and before your respiratory system is affected you can go in to organ failure. I bet the people who say pain pills are bad have no problem with cocktail hour.
