someone... mentioned to me today... that vit D... works for fibrom... that women.. that had fibro... were very defcient in vit D when tests were done... that "several of her patients" were getting great relief from vit D therapy..

so.. I am not feeling well... am not going to research at this time... but thought I would "throw" it out there... sounded like... you had to take a great deal of vit D... and I don't know how safe that is either...

again.. don't know one way or other.. not a dr.. here...

Apparently it has helped some folks. My doc checked my vitamin D level and it was fine, I'm not deficient in that.

I've read that there is a health risk with taking too much, something to keep in mind, probably best to try it with doctor oversight if possible.

I was tested and found D deficient. Doc has me on am easily absorbed version. However I also know narcotics mess with kidney's and kidneys play a huge roll in Vit D. What comes first here I don't know but I take my D. Well, almost as much as I am supposed to.
