I didn't eat well yesterday, for sure. the food quality wasn't good, and all night- I have been nauseious, in a lot of stomach pain, grumbly stomach, etc etc

today I am so hungry that I am not actually hungry... does that make sense?. I think my body's got so used to bad food it now knows what to expect

even in the shower today I was like urg, I hurt. not through the shower (though that was painfull), but through the fact I was starving.

Good Morning & Wow!

Looks like there's a serious shakeup going on over there at the Social Security Administration!

I've said more than once what a disheartening & dehumanizing experience the disability process is.

Maybe something positive will come from this when all is said & done.

Happy Saturday To All ...

since yesterday, I have been experiencing issues with part of my stomach.

hard to explain really.. sometimes when I lean forward or cough, I get this really sharp stomach pain, and for a breef moment I struggle to get air.

it's not got that bad yet, I mean it's not constant, but it's still a bit of an ouchy surprise when it happens... bit of a shock

ow?

my back has been good all day, up to this point...

it now feels like.. well, I can't explain it

the only thing I can compare it too was when my twisted kneck was getting better.. half locked, half unlocked... so sudden too.

achy body today

from the shower, and also from the fact that once again my food didn't agree with me.

it never does these days regardless of what I have. I think my digestive system is ****ed

it is quite warm today which isn't good for my depression (I don't like the hot weather at all)

pain was bad this morning, gradually got better, then worse again, and now better... one of those days

I am feeling depressed.

today, in the UK, is freedom day (basically a lifting of any lockdown restrictions that still remain)
so now: not only can I no longer use lockdown as a safety net, but I'm sat here thinking.. where the **** is my freedom?. everyone has some, but what about
mine?

my life really does suck- specially when you get to days like today and realise how little you had before as well as now..

that includes pain and movement range

basically none, not eating good either

I struggle with those kinds of thoughts too @raging vortex ...

The way my physical health continues to decline ...

How can I "fully" return to the "new normal" people speak of?

It's like an extra layer of loss on top of everything else Covid fupped duck, and ...

I'm still trying to figure it all out ...

I think covid was the prroof I needed (or didn't need) that I was ****ing messed up.

everyone around me couldn't wait for lockdown to lift so they could go back to their lives, and went on about how they couldn't do this in lockdown, couldn't do that, couldn't do what ever,

all I do is eat less than average food, post on a forum, ache, moan about the fact I feel older than I am, and watch re-runs of the big bang theory.

it's mot like lockdown had any major impact on me.

my life's been in permament lockdown since, well... forever really. it sucks, but their you go.

weather calls for thunderstorms today. so far, I don't think they are right.. not a cloud in the sky and quite sunny

still: you never know what will happen later
