Hi everyone.
I don't know if this (or I) really belongs here. I've damaged my lower back multiple times, have a slipped disc that doesn't seem to be healing and am in a lot of pain because of it almost every day. Nowadays it's so bad that my most comfortable position is actually sitting completely upright. Although that's also very tiring! I've decided to purchase a new mattress as I think that may help reduce the pain. I'm a side sleeper, overweight and have severe sleep apnea - for which I use a CPAP. I really need advice on what is important in a mattress for someone like me. Could someone help? Please? |

I researched the hell out of the mattress in a box places which have really become superior to standard mattresses. there are super expensive ones like nectar or casper and cheap ones on Amazon and walmart. I went with a bear(we got it a month ago)Bear Mattress: Sleep Recovery for Modern Life – Bear Mattress
Middle of the road pricing and we got the delux hybrid. We bought our bed foundation and slats at ikea. One of my favorite things about this one is that it has a 20 year warranty and 100 night sleep trial. Quote:
