If you can afford it, I find that a walk-in shower helps. It has a built-in seat. But it costs way up yonder.

There's also a seat that goes all the way across the tub and doesn't move, too. I got mine at a medical supply store. It's relatively inexpensive.

ALso, have you told your doctors about your problem? Maybe they can offer some suggestions. I hope you feel better.
