Hello everyone. I'm just wondering if someone could tell me what foods and diet would be helpful for chronic neck and back pain, primarily due to having 4 fractured vertebrae from seizures in the past.

I've read foods like milk and cheese can help, but I'm just wondering if anybody has some helpful info and possibly other foods too that could help with the chronic pain (and headaches preferably) resulting.

Thank you!
