Hello everyone. I'm just wondering if someone could tell me what foods and diet would be helpful for chronic neck and back pain, primarily due to having 4 fractured vertebrae from seizures in the past.
I've read foods like milk and cheese can help, but I'm just wondering if anybody has some helpful info and possibly other foods too that could help with the chronic pain (and headaches preferably) resulting. Thank you! __________________ |

So sorry you are suffering. I find that foods high in magnesium help with my neck and back pain but am not qualified to offer advice that you or anyone should rely upon [since I am not a doctor or medical professional]. I hope you find what you helps you and as soon as possible. Neck and back pain is awful. Hope others here have better words for you too!
