Well, this bed has made such a difference in my life. The first night I slept through, only waking once because of dogs, not pain. Who would have thought! I bought a memory foam mattress for it and I am finding comfort now. I have passed the worst of the sciatic for now I guess. Who knows tomorrow. I have my usual pain. The meds manage that well.

Maybe if all of us can find comfortable sleeping it would help. Of course I shouldn't tell you that the bed was 1.5 hours away and I didn't want to trouble my dearest friends as their daughter is rejecting her kidney so I hired a mover who picked it up, brought it back, took down my old bed and put it up in daughter's old room, and set this one up for me. He was very kind. I paid him $350.00 I wouldn't have paid so much but my SS gave me a lum sum from date of disability, rather 2 years from application. So I saw a nice man again, he used to own a store I frequented. I got a comfortable bed, and I have learned how to sleep a little.

Now of course my husband and I are taking a trip to my G.P. this week for a nice visit about pain management and Lyme disease. If he doesn't agree with the pain clinic's protocol and agree to retreat my lyme then I will lose him and find another. I think the antibiotic has helped me through a major Lyme flare up. I think I may end up with a central line and antibiotics that way. It's all good because then I feel like living is good, pain is manageable.

WOW good to hear! I was just thnking about posting in health support about pricing new mattress sets and how difficult it is to go "test them out."

Wait, you paid the guy $350 to move a bed? Oh my. I paid that to move my entire household 30 miles. Things are really expensive there. I thought South Florida was bad Bought a used craftmatic adjustable bed for .00

I'm so glad you got this bed! I'm seriously considering an adjustable bed. I can't do a total foam as I'm so allergic to mold (even if they supposedly are "NASA approved" lol)

It does sound all good! Bought a used craftmatic adjustable bed for .00

The guy had to drive 1.5 hours to get it and 1.5 hours to come back. Add the loading and assembly and he worked four hours and got his rate. yes things are expensive here. But cheaper then buying a new one!
