How are you doing? ((((not et al)))

For leg and foot cramps my PT says to drink some quinine water. I do, and it works nearly immediately. (I only take a few gulps.) You can find it in the grocery store next to bottled water. Ask your doctor about it and any meds you're on.

naproxyon can cause stomach problems...caution, unless you have something on your tummy.
low potassium levels can cause this.
are you on a med for chloresterol? they can cause bad leg cramps and if you are on a med for this, call your doctor. there can be serious effects if this is the culprit. sometimes it's just that they have to change the med that you are taking.
hope this helps

((((not et al))) I know the cold makes you feel worse.

Maybe you switch to be able to cope with the weather? It could be part of it.

I also use an infrared heat lamp on knots in my calves...(my muscles like the warm, it's the nerves that prefer cold.)

magnesium is really good for cramps, ticks and restless legs, its fairly cheap and easy to come by.
