This is my first time posting here. I have multiple medical issues. I was born with birth defects and disabilities. I'm legally blind and deaf in my left ear. I was born without an esophgus.

Right now, I'm dealing with fibromyalgia, osteonecrois, and restless leg symdrome.

I was just hoping to find someone to talk with. Thanks for listening.

Patti

Hi Patti--welcome to PC I'm sorry you have so much to deal with. May I ask how you manage without an esophagus?

Hi Terry,
I was fed with a gastric tube till I was two years old. Then, they 'made' a esophgus with my colon. Sounds wild doesn't it. Thankfully, I can eat normally and most any food I want. Take care.

Hi Patti--that is amazing what they were able to do with your colon. I am glad you can eat anything you want. Now if only they can come up with treatments for all your other ailments. Have you tried sunlight? I believe a moderate amount daily can help the body.

Hi Patti,

I can't believe, as if you don't have enough going on healthwise, you are dealing with chronic pain too? That's just unbelieveable and my heart goes out to you! Stay on this forum, because although our roads are really long and tough ones, I think that having understanding folks to "talk" to is one of the few ways to make it more bearable.

Good luck ( & I Eeyore too!)

Welcome, dear one! You certainly have your share and more of health problems. We also have a chronic pain social group you might like to join. There we can just sort of talk back and forth instead of in this format.
Thanks for contacting us and please feel free to join right in.

Hi Patti. Welcome. Sounds like you're dealing with a lot. You must be a very strong person! You've come to the right place for info and support. I'm hear if you wanna talk. Contact me if you feel like chatting xo I have a few conditions myself, not the same as yours though, but we may have stuff in common. Take care xo
