I wanted to throw this out as I don't know enough about PTSD.

A friend's brother went off the deep end trying to strangle his wife, car chase etc. This in Portland Oregon ( I think)
My questions is besides Seroquel (which wouldn't cause this reaction?) What other types of medications are used for this and could an interaction cause this type of behavior?
He of course is in jail right now and has a public defender. The military may be supportive?
The family has a question if medication to treat this could be the cause.
Thanks..
