I have cptsd for awhile now from being in the Marines also i dont sleep good and i have a severe anger problem. Ive been this way now for over 20 years. I hope to find some peace here.

Hi Blackdog and welcome to the forum. I too suffer from anger lots and lots of anger. Have you tried seeking counseling from the Vets Center. IF there is one near your home I would highly recommend that you pay them a visit. Unlike most VA hospital that vet center counselors actually served in the military and many have PTSD themselves and know where veterans are coming from.
