Something to people who deal with PTSD related to combat is getting a service dog. I got one recently, px from my dr, I found a non profit group. You should not have to pay for it, but you have to learn alot of rules and regulations about a service dog and public access. Plus the discipline of taking care of the dog, its not easy, but alot better than the meds that get dolled out and the side effects.

Good luck
Thanks for this!
