New here and I have 2 battles I am fighting with PCS & PTSD.Is there others that can give me some coping skills to deal with these horrible disturbances?

Have you seen a therapist? I think that's probably the best way to get help. You might also look to see if there are any practical books on these subjects.

Yes I am seeing a psychiatrist & psychologist and the meds are helping and I am going to start with the psychologist once a week soon.

I just saw your post; Psychcentral has a sister community called neurotalk, that has a section for traumatic brain injury...they have some really good coping skills for PCS.

I am currently still trying to recover from PCS from a training incident a year ago. (I am not military, but was going through the police academy...)

What are your symptoms like for PCS? I may have some suggestions as well, if you wish...?

Thanks I am a member on Neuro as well....I'm not military either but feel like I should of been.
