Greetings vets,

I don't know if this is widely known, but I noticed in this video



Dr. Hyman mentions (20:00 into the talk) that because of the military diet, vets often have very low levels of Omega 3 fats, and this can cause a number of problems including depression and it can make you vulnerable to PTSD.

Here is a DOD study showing that just adding Omega 3 reduced depression symptoms by 50% and reduced suicidal ideation by 45%
