Check out these You Tube videos on ways to control PTSD reactions

If the hyperlinks don't work, copy and paste the URL into your address bar

http://snurl.com/ptsd2-ptsd2

http://snurl.com/jptsd3-ptsd3

And here's a web site that goes with the second video (ptsd3)

Phoenix I felt like i was intruding too..though having lived in 'domestic combat' for 30 years I think have similar symptoms/residue and responses as war veterans Like not going back to the village of combat..I havent been able to go back into a domestic situation even though 16 years have passed.

I will go and look at the sites you mentioned, maybe they would help me. I have chronic type 2 (multiple trauma's) PTSD. Cant move on no matter what I do,..cant even work anymore.

Thank you everyone and I wish you courage, hope, and recovery
Amii
