ok, giving this one last try, for some kind of answer

The default calendar is now 1 day and 1 hour off for us, we are giving an example below.
Let us say that 1) our computer time is set correctly
and 2) that the offset in hours from PC time is also set correctly

So, the calendar says this for today :

Quote:
Dissociative Disorders Support
Calendar: Default Calendar
DocJohn
Request Reminder for this Event
This event occurs every 1 week(s) on Wednesday
03-27-2009 to 03-27-2015*
03:00 AM to 04:00 AM
in fact, it occurs on Thursday at 2am to 3am for us

ah ha! IDK (only DocJohn can know for sure) but it looks like the reminder calendar isn't acknowledging daylight savings time??? IDK what could cause the day being off though. Is the chat on the regular list at the correct day and time for Eastern time???

Thanks very much for answering, Sky

& yes, this is a chat from the regular list, & listed correctly there for day & time in EST
it is the same for all the chats, not only this one, and yet our local time at the bottom of the forums is correct

the only way we can determine the correct time for a chat is to log out & then check the chats tab & apply the time conversion from the converter there

we think we are not the only member whose calendar is wrong & it is causing considerable confusion
it is possible this may only apply to members outside the American continent, but there are rather a lot of us now

Forgive me zozo if you've answered or checked this already... but in your display options just under the place you select what time zone you are in or want the display... there is a place to select adjust for savings time. Have you played with that?
