When I click on avatars in my profile, nothing appears. When I click on "More Smilies", nothing appears. I've downloaded the latest Java from the chat site. Can you please help me?

Hi! Have you tried holding down CNTRL with your left hand while you click on the "More Smilies"......? Sometimes you need to hold them both down a while, until you see the page appear clearly. Otherwise it may blink and go away.
