I tried to chat yesterday for the first time. I went into the lobby. I had an oversized window that showed me the conversation that was happening, and my presence was acknowledged by the others, but I had no tool bar that allowed me to enter the chat. I have had no problem chatting at other sites. Hopefully, this will be an easy problem to fix.

Trevor, that must have been frustrating for you.
You say "oversized" window and I suspect you use a visual accommodation on your computer?

For the chat, there are 3 windows, the large one which you saw, that holds the ongoing chat scripts, labeled on the upper left LOBBY (or whatever chat room you are in.) Then there's a smaller one that runs horozontal below that larger window, where you type in what you wish to add to the chat...on the right side of that lower window is the SEND tab. Then there's also a narrow vertical window on the right side of the larger chat window,which lists the PARTICIPANTS in the chat room.

Are you able to move your screen around to find all that? If not, then you might wish to adjust your computer settings if you can. There is an option in the chat to use LARGER font, if you need it. (You can access SETTINGS by viewing the icons at the top right of the larger chat window...the first one is a door that allows you to change chat rooms, then there's a gear that holds your settings (it's in there.) There is also one that is red which will exit you from the chat!)

Thanks for the hints. When I said that I had an "oversized" window, this means that this large and wide window must have obscured the window that should have appeared at the bottom. I could not scroll down to get to a lower window. When next I try to chat, I will attempt to adjust the settings and maybe that will do the trick.
