Most of the time, I go away from my computer, leaving PC up, & just put my computer in the idle mode......I wasn't having any problems with coming back & just continuing from where I was.....NOW, I end up maybe finishing what I was doing only it won't post because it says I am logged off.......this is the same thing as my other question actually, as after that time, I would come back & hit my profile & it would say I'm not logged in......so I finally figured it out that it seems there is a timeout.....I can't find where it's something I can set of not.....as I usually thought I was just logged in as long as I was on PC & hadn't logged out.

This seems like it's something new because I never had the problem before.

Maybe you didn't check "remember me" when you signed back in?

If you are using AOL it might be them and the only way to get around it is to click "remember me" when you sign in.

Or use Mozilla Firefox like I do - smooth sailing with them.

Well, my own computer has issues with "remember me" maybe I forgot that I edited the security settings or somethings, but on it even when I click on "remember me" is doesn't. I don't have this issue on the computer over at mom's.

I clicked the remember me loging in.....have been using Mozilla firefox.....that was when it started, so I thought it might be firefox.

I have always been able to just leave my computer, put it in hibernation mode....go away for hours & hours, come back & start posting again.....until lately.....really strange????? That was why I was wondering what has changed?
