Once... a looong time ago when I tried to make a photo album and upload photos there was a "caption" area so you could make the photos say something when you put your cursor over it.
Now... there is no "caption" area  All it says is Choose category to upload photos or upload to album select photos from computer enter a default title for the photos enter a description for the photos and Keywords Where did the caption go????

Just rename your photos on your hard drive.
Whatever you name them will show up when you put your cursor on it. Not sure if this is what you mean . __________________
