I have not been able to get into the pop-up chat in the last week or so. I can still use the other one, but I was wondering why all of the sudden it isn't working. I know there were upgrades to the server were done recently and was wondering if this is related? Any ideas?

sorry to hear this googley...have you tried clearing all your cookies, logging out and logging back in again? That's the first thing I would try....from there, I'm pretty numb as to what to do next.....sorry
