I have been trying to get into chat. I get a blank grey chat window with 8080 for a title. Thanks

Hey Reg,

Can you give me some further details, such as what version of browser you are using, what type of operating system(windows, linux, mac?)

Certainly. I use AOL 9.0VR, but I tried MSN also. OS is XP pro. I was on chat before on this computer. I have been on chat with my other computers also. I just reloaded windows on this computer due to a memory failure. I have tried it with the firewall off also and the internet settings low. I can see who is in chat rooms, but i can not get to any of the rooms. I just get the grey window with Chat Room 8080 in the upper left corner. I appreciate your response.
