How do I start a blog through PC? I'm confused about it. I thought I messaged whoever it said we were supposed to to ask about setting up a blog, but haven't heard a response. If any one else knows how to do it let me know.

I noticed that the signup page currently says, "Sorry, Signups are Closed" in big type across the top but also "If you'd like to start a blog with us, please PM DocJohn..." lower down.
