When I look at the list of all my posts, there are only 500, even though I've posted over 1000.

Is it true that our profiles only store the last 500 posts? Is there any way to access the rest of them?

I was trying to find an old post that I wanted to read again.
But I guess it is gone?

As I understand it, that feature actually performs a search but only reports the first 500 hits.

You'd need to go to Advanced Search and restrict your search in some way to make it yield fewer than 500 results. Some possible ways are to specify what keywords to search for and what forums to search in. If you started the thread you're looking for, or remember who did, or would recognize the title, you could also ask to see the search results as threads, not as posts.

That Advanced Search link appears at the top right of every Forums page.

Thank you!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
