When I click on the chat button, say to go to support, it pops up loads and says done in the lower left hand corner without anything on the screen. Its just a gray screen. I have rebooted my computer, deleted cookies, and whatnot and still nothing. I haven't been able to get into chat for days now and wondering if anyone could help me out. I even tried using windows explorer instead of firefox and nothing there either. Thanks!

I am not sure about this chat system but the old one you had to have your java up to date. Is your Java up to date? They are always updating it.

Have you made any changes to your computer settings?

Have you tried using the No Popup Chat and get the same results?

Is any program or your ISP using the 8080 port that is needed to enter chat?

I'm on satellite now and I cannot enter chat either. In order for me to go into chat I have to be on dialup. Luckily, I can be on both at the same time...kind of redundant though *sigh*

I have gotten this also it usually works for me if I close the chat window and try to enter again.

Thanks for your help gals. I tried the suggestions and nothing still. I wonder why I could get into chat a week ago but not now? That is mind baffling .

Did you log out of PC and log back in? I had this problem once and that solved it for me. Good luck and I hope you are able to get into chat soon.

Try standing on your head and touch your nose with your right forefinger. If you can do that then we'll most def. figure out how to get you into chat again!
