Is there a postpartum depression topic or is that just put in with the parenting topic?

I think it is important that there be a place specifically for mothers that are dealing with this issue.

the depressionet.com.au used to be a message board and there was a lot of support for mothers on there. it's gone now and i am looking for a place to share/get support with these issues.

i have a 22 month old and will have a newborn in May this year.
Thanks for this!

kittyann, hi...
Perhaps between the parenting forum and the depression forum, you will get the support and encouragement you need.
Jmo, but postpartum depression is in some ways harder then general depression.

Please keep posting and let us know how you are doing.

I'm wondering about the possibility of having Post-Partum Depression as a sub-forum of the Depression forum?

If any mods/admin read this thread, would this be a possibility?

I can pass it by the team and DocJohn and see what we come up with. Thanks for asking about a subforum and we'll get back to you on this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
