Everything I know about computers is thru pure trial and error. I have a AA degree in computer but that was back in 1980 -- I then got a job in human services and didn't really start using a computer until about 1 1/2 years ago. at work I know what I have to do on the computer and that is it, at homes i just explore and experiment. maybe I should take a class. wow times have changed since then.

Ok, for IE:

Along the top find "Tools" and click on it
Then click "Internet Options"
Then "Advanced"
At this point, scroll down and make sure the box beside "Java" is checked. If it isn't checked, check it. If you don't have a "java" box to check, that means you need to download java (no biggie).

To download java go to:
http://www.java.com/en/

I will be around for a while, so let me know if you still have trouble.

enjoy the laugh, vanna? i don't understand.

we've all had problems manipulating this site at one point or another and are trying to help. you also might want to post this in technical support and see the responses you get there.

I was replying to kimmydawn, not you vanna. I'm not sure why it's not working. I don't have MSN so i'm not familiar with how it works. What does it say when you click on chat?

My sincerest apologies to both of you.
This site has been nothing but helpful to me.
I misunderstood a statement made and jumped to conclusions.
not an excuse -- but have barely any sleep for almost a week and tend to be overly sensitive.
Again my sincere apologies
