Um, I'm trying to get into chat, and it says "authentication failed".

...did I get banned from chat?
I would message an administrator or moderator instead of asking publicly because it's rather odd, but I don't know who they are.

I don't know what I did to have gotten kicked out of chat.
I went in for a few minutes and said hi then left...

This year I began having the same issues. DocJohn had already created a way to enter chat for this issue: Click on the "No Popup Chat" and that gives you a link to enter chat. I call it the "back door" ... you can't enter the room you want and have to go through the lobby, but then, that's why the lobby is there! TC

Yeah, chat can be a bit quirky for logging in some members.

Also, to see who's a moderator or administrator, go to the forum index and scroll *all* the way down to near the bottom of the list of forums. There you'll see a link centered at the end of the table that says, "View Forum Leaders." Those are your fearless community team members.
