I have been finding that the 'live chat Happening now' announcement is often at the top of the screen even when there is not a live chat scheduled at that time. I am on the east coast so it isn't a scheduling error because of time zones.

Hi Googley,
You are right. We are in the process of cleaning it all up. It affects two different systems so it takes some work to correct it, but much has been cleaned up already and we are still working on the remaining 'loose ends'. Thanks for reminding! John
