I used to hate making trips to the "big board," waiting for all those images to load and finding the one I was looking for. Since then I've learned the text versions of several of my favorites:

:D =

:p = (That one's case-sensitive -- :P is just :P)

:dunno: =

:ROTFLMAO: = (Also case-sensitive as far as I know)

:outtahere: =

------------------
All those were from memory!

yes, it is case sensitive and often doesn't work. It often puts in the text (in small caps) despite being typed correctly.

I wish I could learn more of them. I just can't seem to remember the text versions. It's like trying to learn the periodic table. (that one I remember......)

Strange, that's never happened to me. Could some spell-check-related feature of your browser be trying to "correct" it for you?

No, I don't think so as the same problem occurred for another member as well. Not a big deal though, it doesn't seem to happen often.
