I've noticed it before, of course, but today it really frustrated me that the subject line won't accept capital lettering.
 My AMA line has become Ama and in editing it to try and force it to caps, I now have A.m.a.  Whatever! It's for Against Medical Advice. Of course, in the subject line it's a girl named Ama.

Interesting. I imagine there's an anti-shouting thing for subject lines so people can't get too crazy trying to make their subject stand out more than someone else's, etc. Makes the subjects look more uniform across the forums.
I don't think I'd use an acronym in a subject line since some people might not know what it stood for and what it stands for, spelled out, is a/the subject, in itself.

Trouble is I can't give you a hug ((((((( (JD) ))))))))
 as the subject line as it comes up as (jd) which is a bummer man!

 Maybe something to add to a list of things to change in the future IF they are changeable.
