Normally when we post a new thread we have the option to delete for a certain amount of time as well as edit it, if we chose. Has this changed - because I just started a new thread and was going to delete it but couldn't see a choice to delete like before. Has this feature been removed from the system?

You can delete a post in an already established thread. But you can't delete the original post in a thread. You can delete what is in that post in that limited amount of time. At least this is my understanding.
Thanks for this!

googley is correct. A new thread cannot be deleted but you can edit out what you typed. If you need it deleted, please just report it using the report post function or pm a team member to remove the thread.

Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
