What is a Poohbah? I see the little shields on certain peoples posts and was just wondering what it was.

The shields are how long you've been here, I think 3 years is the first one of them, or if you've contributed to the community, usually money in some form or another or if you have a certain number of posts (the "premier poohbah" shield).
