I've been told about a supposed avatar hoard somewhere on PC. I've tried to find it but can't. Could anyone here tell me where it is?

I think what you are looking for is in your profile.

Click My Profile in the navigation bar.

On the left side is the Control Panel, and there is an option for Edit Avatar.

When you click that you can select an avatar from the pre-defined categories. Hope that helps.
Thanks for this!

Avatar bank? Is that like a blood bank, or an organ bank? That's what the reference made me think about.
