I am getting this every time I try to load the Chat (java.lang.NullPointerException) and I can't chat. Does anyone know what I can do to fix that?

I have Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 4 loaded on my computer. I even removed and re-downloaded it to see if that would solve the problem, unfortunately that did not.
