this is the first time i've tried to post using my new Google Chrome Browser, and i get all the [b][i][url.http.www,,,,,,, etc] in the message window instead of the bold italic colored font and pic. i click and click on all the links, but nothing tells me how to make this stop,, can you help, in simple words, with links please ?

This is from the admin on another forum using vb 4:

Google Chrome browser users: There is a known bug in the vBulletin forum software which creates problems with Chrome.
This has been reported to vBulletin. It is recommended that you use another browser until this is fixed.

Here's an attempt to explain...

Click on the "Insert Image" icon can't post pics with Chrome
Paste the copied URL of the image/picture into the box. Click "OK."
You'll see something like this on your screen:
HTML Code:
[img]http://www.dogfriendly.com/server/general/gallery/images/claire.jpg[/img]
Despite the fact you are seeing code in the editor window, when you click on "Submit Reply" your post will include the actual image and not just the code.

Rohag is a 100% correct, chrome works this way to get faster page loads.
