So, I was in the psych ward recently and every day three times a day the staff would have a 15 minute community meeting and ask the following questions...
1. On a scale of 1-10 1 being the worst you've ever felt rate your mood.
2. Give me a word that describes that mood.
3. What is your goal for group (yes group was just going around the room asking all the patients these questions, nothing to really have a goal for)

So the emotion I want to petition for is what one patient said one day. They asked her for an emotion and she said...

I'm feeling squirly!

I thought it was hilarious and SO would like that emotion as my mood here sometimes.

So if you read this Doc John and can do it, that would be awesome!

As often as people in chat (including me) respond to "How are you today?" with the word "Meh". I think it would be a marvelous addition to our mood options Squirly definitely has my support though!
