ok i had my other account deleted and decided to come back

so when i registered to come back i used a different email address because it told me that the one i tried using was already in use...i guess the system hadn't had time to completely rid it yet.

Anyway when i had my other account i could get into chat by clicking on chat at the top or clicking on any of the subchats such as lobby, social, etc.

Since registering with my hotmail address, i cannot go into chat the same way as i did before. i only can go through to chat by using the no popup chat ...i have checked my java and javascript settings which allows all...i have tried using a different browser other than google chrome, for example internet explorer and firefox, and i have also emptied my cache and cookies , etc.

I have also tried going to my hubby's computer and still the same thing ...only allowed to go through no popup chat.

I have no idea what the problem is and would love it if someone could help me..I tend to steer clear of all browsers except google chrome..so i use only google chrome..

It was the same with me, it's because you have comma's in your user name -Hugs- Hope that helps a bit, if you didn't have comma's you would still be able to use popup chat, but because you have got commas, your going to have to stick with no pop up chat -Hugs- Always

Angel is right, any special characters will cause you problems where Chat is concerned. You can either tough it out that way, or you can contact an administrator to request a name change as well if you want
