I have been having a lot of trouble over the past few months getting into chat and it seems to be getting worse there have been times when I would try for 4 to 6 hours and then finally get into chat I can get on the home page and the page before entering chat and be able to see whos online but then when I enter chat it is a blank screen can you please help

Have you already tried the No Popup Chat option? What happens with that?

Miserable Me, seconding FZ's question... but I've also experienced the blank screen when entering chat, usually it takes a few seconds for it to "find" chat and then display it - but there is a bit of a time lag.

When in doubt, have you cleared your cookies/cache lately?

That happened to me the first time I started using chat, but not so much anymore.
