I have finally installed OJ on my site. the OJ is for a sub-site that is hosted on the domain. and is not on the main www.domain.com directories..
when OJ run.. it sometimes uses the full path, and sometimes doesn't .. do you know what I should change.. so that the default is domain.com/subdomain
(I have tried changing the cfg file in any way possible...)

Specify the full path names in all places within the config file is the only obvious solution I can suggest. That should work. If you send me your config file, I can take a look at it as well.
