Why are my chat reminders coming the day after the chat is scheduled? The date/time set on my computer is correct. I requested that they be sent two hours before event.

hi aidan.

It says somewhere in the chat reminders that sometimes reminders come late, or even early. Maybe set you're reminders to 10 hrs ahead just to see what happens.

A good place to start is by checking whether or not the time shown at the bottom of each Forums page...
All times are GMT -7. The time now is 02:59 PM.
... matches your local time.
