Why does one of my messages (from a user left on my profile page) say it's moderated and waiting approval? How do I approve it?

I've had that show up on my and tried approving it and couldn't. Very good question.

Go to the bottom left-hand corner of the page the moderated message is on, click on the drop down and select the option you want.
