I would like to go into chat where people talk about mental health and medication and so on. I saw a notice about a anger management chat. I would like to deal with my anger sometimes in a healthy way. I went to a chat about medication before but now I have forgotten how to do it. My time is different to the time in America. How do I know when it is on? Thanks

Look near the bottom of any forums page. Mine, for instance, says:

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 03:28 PM.

If yours shows the correct time then the chat calendar should, too. If the time shown isn't the same as your local time, go to Edit Options and (about 2/3 of the way down the page) select the correct time zone for your area.
