Hi, I have finally gotten all of the p.cs for the kids on either wireless or hardwired and sharing an ethernet printer. With 2 probs.

1. My hubby has a nice little IBOOK from ebay. The man who cleaned and reload it can't remember the password and it wasn't written where he thought it was. Hubby has a lot of writings on there and the only option I can see is to hook him into a usb printer, get his writing off, and reformat. That's a pain in the tuckas. The guy used Hester Prynne from THE SCARLETT LETTER as the owner name. Any guesses on passwords to try?

2. More difficult. My daughter has an older clamshell which is great. Goes on wired and with airport. Her cd thing will not read the disk. Her computer is older but has a current operating system and hubbie's had no problem. I guess it's the age of her cd reader. anyhow, I need to find and load, online, and have had NO success, drivers for Mac OSx, 10.3 for a brother HL5240/5250DN.

She also has an email program on there I am unfamiliar with and can't set it up. Anyone know a nice free email program I can find for her compatible with Mac that I can possibly email her the link and work from there? I forget which one it's running but it has me all confused. Doesn't take much. So, I dearly appreciate any and all help I can get. Thanks.
